    • Clive started in design consultancy Ideo in London and San Francisco before co-founding design company Tangerine with future Apple design chief and RCA Chancellor Jony Ive.

    • He went on to build and lead design teams for Orange, Samsung, Cisco and Barclays.

    • Professor of Organisational Behaviour and Leadership, teaching at the University of Cambridge and UEA

    • Since 2008, he has taught corporate teams and higher education courses, focusing on organisational psychology, leadership, and change management

    • Madelaine leverages her extensive experience as a Royal College of Art graduate and successful entrepreneur

    • As a high-energy innovation expert she inspires creativity, entrepreneurial insights and application of learning

    • An accomplished trainer and EMCC-qualified coach, Alasdair creates and delivers Estu's executive education programmes focusing on communication, leadership, and personal effectiveness
